Excellent win by the lads yesterday, 16-22. I must admit even I thought it was a long shot to win at Bradford. We rarely do well there. But onto the Semi-finals we go. Of course everyone will want us to stop there with the Jamie Thackray affair. (We played him in 2 rounds and he wasn't eligible. Although it was an awful oversight on our part, we have to submit our teams a couple of days before hand to the RFL. How come they didn't see it! Also, although it was deemed to be a breach of the regulations, there wasn't a punishment in said rules, so we're still in the competition!)
But all that is by no means the team or the fans fault is it? So...Come on you Hull!

your board are making you a laughing stock but more importantly the rugby league are making our game a joke, no wonder we have been labelled a class B sport. how the bloody hell can they have a rule regarding eligibility to play but have no punishment for a team breaking this rule?
I completely agree, but as I mentioned in my post, how come the RFL themselves didn't see the mistake? Everyone has to submit a team sheet a couple of days before the game don't they?
I wouldn't worry yourself, I'm sure the RFL will make sure we don't get to Wembley.
They'll get a good crowd at one of the semi's though wont they?
I agree the RL should have checked that all players were elligable to play but then again they dont have a good history of this do they? how long was cooky playing when not actually signed on as a player by Dull? ps do you still not want him back.............go on please!!!!!
Well there was a contract, just old Crookie didn't sign it did he? Apparently we didn't know that you have to have signed the player by the 1st round of the Cup. Of course Superleague teams don't come into the comp till the 3rd. Again fantastic organisation by the RFL!
Have you heard the rumours about Cookie and him lapsing again where his treatment of the fairer sex is concerned? I heard it was pretty bad this time and the Police where pressing charges.
I think it's time for you to pack him off to Le Cats!
