A bit of a thumping....

.... to say the least. NZ stuffed GB 34 - 4 in Wellington this morning. I was up early to watch the game and it was a very disappointing performance from GB after the heroics of last weekend.
The Kiwis where on fire today, everything they tried came off for them, and thoroughly deserved their win.
Now we have to beat the Aussies next Saturday, which is a massive task. I think you would have to seriously hit the history books before you'd find GB winning two consecutive games against the Aussies!

Mick: great result for the whites. Lets hope they can back it up with another win! My daughter works part time for the press association, typing up sports reports etc. She got one through saying Leeds had confirmed they were interested in bringing Smithy back on loan.
That will be interesting.....
Phil: get rid of McGuire and put either Price back at Stand off, or if he has to cover the wing, get Richard Horne on. At least we'd have more than one player that can kick a ball in open play! They all know down there what Longy can do now, so they'll stick to him like glue like the kiwis did today.

and lets put pressure on the opposing teams kicker.these arent players playing on east park these are bloody good tactical and attacking kickers that work well under pressure so it was no suprise the kicks he was putting in with all the time in the world to think about where he wanted to put the ball.why not get a british passport for this new young up and coming lad just out of the academy(in fact i think he is still young enough to play academy rugby)who i hear you asking? stanley gene thats who, you mark my words, when he gets a bit older he will be a good player.

You're right about the amount of room we gave Stacey Jones, he must have thought Christmas had come early, and preceded to murder us.
Where Noble is a bit suspect is tactically, if plan A doesn't work, he has no plan B.
Does anyone actually know how old Stanley is??

He's maybe one of those fellas whose B/day is the 29th of February, so only have a B/day every leap year. How ever old he is though, he's in good nick the lad!
