And the sad part is that nobody is surprised, Terminal 5 is a national joke.
I reckon the baggage handlers & security staff should cahange roles, saying that they maybe already have.
When you think of the money they spent on it too! It just seems to me that common sense has completely left us. In policing, education, Government, everything. Whether this is a product of political correctness I don't know. But it's a thought isn't it?
