New Shirts and New Starts.

New Shirts...
There was a time when the commercial side of my darling Hull FC was to be frank, rubbish. They couldn't even manage to get the new kit out before Christmas, when of course, a lot of merchandise is bought. Over the last few years they have slowly got their act together, the last couple years tapping the Seasonal market.
Anyway, the first picture of our new shirt has been released. The home shirt is a little different to last seasons shirt, keeping the more traditional style. The away strip is pretty different, moving back to a blue strip as we had in the 2005 season.

And New Starts.....
Dennis Wise had the best possible start as the new manager of Leeds Utd with a 2-0 win at home against Southend. They say you're only as good as your last game, and we won! Anyway, as I said when a new manager was brought in at Hull FC, everyone deserves a fair crack of the whip and I'll watch Dennis Wise with interest. No matter what his background is, the 'Dark Side of Chelsea' no less, the lad has turned to the light, and all power to his elbow!!!!
I have the same good feeling about Wisey as I did when Peter Sharp took over at Hull FC. I hope he has similar success.

I think the player modelling the home strip looks good.

As for Wisey it made me laugh yesterday when the kop chanted his name with passion then followed up with a deafening version of "We Hate Chelsea".

But that feel good feeling was back at Elland Road yesterday everyone I spoke to believed we will know move forward. I never saw that under Blackwell even when we made the play offs.

as for the marketting at hull fc, i read in the paper that the girl modelling the home shirt won a competition to be given the honour of doing so, im sure it is a complete coincidence that she is absolutely gorgeous (tell my wife and i will deny ever saying that)
as for the shirt itself, nice to see them sticking with tradition, i just hope rovers do the same.
