Not the right result at Leeds unfortunately. I'm not too worried as we do have a large core of the side out through injury, flu etc.
What worries me a little is our attack. We are pretty one dimensional when Paul Cooke isn't playing. But it has to be said that has been the case for some time and it hasn't been really addressed, primarily because Cookie is very rarely injured. Hopefully his absence will concentrate a few minds on the issue.
The lads worked damn hard though, playing on a swamp. Just wait for the dry pitches!
I know our loss will cause great hilarity across in the east side of the city, but the reds are away at Huddersfield tomorrow. We'll see how they cope with being roughed up. Shudders can be skilful when they want to be, but don't shy away from a bit of argy bargy!

As you know been fans of our sports teams we have got to accept the ups and downs, the wins and defeats, good and bad times, thats what its all about.
I'm sure Hull will be up there by the end of the season.
ha ha ha ha what a shower, and i dont mean the weather. i have just witnessed the worst overseas player ever to sign for either hukk team in the big useless shape of hutch maiiva (probably spelt wrong)i bet sharpe is regretting that signing, thomas lee looks like one for the future though. woe betide any team that faces leeds on a dry pitch, i think brett webb wikk rip em apart
**for wikk read will** **and for hukk read hull**
I see you was so happy there Phil your spelling went all to pot!
We did have Cookie, Motu, Kingy,Domec, and Radford out last night, and quite a few who played had flu or was recovering from it. I'm not making excuses but we can get A LOT better, which you know quite well of course!
